European Projects - Department Europe

gsub mbH has many years of experience in acquiring and implementing European collaborations. It is active as a partner and lead in transnational projects and is thematically diverse. With the aim of contributing to a more socially just European society, it participates in the exchange of good practices and the development of new initiatives in the areas of labor market integration through upskilling, employability skills, and innovative methods of educational and career counseling. This directly and indirectly addresses disadvantaged groups such as the long-term unemployed, the low-skilled, people with disabilities, migrants, and others, and aims to strengthen social inclusion.

For many years, exchange and cooperation across national borders have been viewed as enriching and inspiring for progressive and pioneering action at the local level.

gsub is an active member of the transnational network MetropolisNet and the OECD LEED Forum.

With the Europe division, this field of activity is an integral part of the corporate strategy.
