comovis’s regional office at Kronenstr. 6 promotes what is known as the public employment sector on behalf of Berlin’s Senate Department for Labour, Integration and Women.
The regional office works with the Senate Department and borough councils to coordinate social and labour-market projects in the State of Berlin.
The projects are primarily intended to fund additional programmes that benefit the public interest in the following areas: health and social issues; youth and family; women, nature and environmental protection; culture, recreational sports and promoting the area as a business location. The projects support social infrastructure in the boroughs. They also make a tangible contribution to reducing Berlin’s high unemployment rate, give job seekers at least a temporary occupation in the government-sponsored labour market and/or help them to develop additional skills.
Applicants can be NGOs, associations, job-creation companies and education partners in Berlin.
Depending on the instrument, funding can cover costs for personnel, administration, equipment, rent and training.
comovis’s regional office at Kronenstr. 6 currently advises, finances and supports over 220 sponsors.
comovis’s regional office at Kronenstr. 6 works with Berlin’s municipal employment agencies and the city’s twelve JobCenters to fund skills initiatives on behalf of the Senate Department for Integration, Labour and Social Issues.

ÖBS – The public employment sector
The State of Berlin supports the following areas of the public employment sector in accordance with § 16 e SGB II and in cooperation with Berlin’s JobCenters:
- Developing opportunities for an aging society
- Improving mobility for individuals
- Helping to break down barriers and provide services for seniors
- Strengthening the social fabric (community work, social infrastructure)
- Supporting immigrant integration
- Strengthening education and cultural awareness

As part of comovis GbR, the regional office at Kronenstr. 6 works with comovis’s other regional offices and is responsible for the following boroughs:
- Marzahn-Hellersdorf,
